You forget that here is the East there are a number of FM "Class B"
FIRST adjacents in nearby cities. I use quotes since some have rather
severe DAs. Some examples are:

WHFS 105.7 Catonsville, MD (Baltimore)
WJZW 105.9 Woodbridge, VA (xmtr at Washington Beltway and US29)
48 miles

WHFS 105.7 to WQXA 105.7 York, PA
47 miles (cochannel, both Class B with severe DA)

WMMX 106.5 Baltimore
WJFK 106.7 Manassas, VA (xmtr at Washington Beltway and US29)
44 miles

WFSI 107.9 Annapolis
WTWP 107.7 Warrenton, VA
66 miles

WFSI 107.9 Annapolis
WGTY 107.7 Gettysburg, PA
62 miles

WTOP 103.5 Washington
WXCY 103.7 Havre de Graqce, MD
68 miles

There are so many close second-adjacents that they are not worth listing.
