It was inevitable. Daytime-only AM IBUZ operation is the equivalent 
of forcing TV to black and white at night. If there were enough 
receivers to make any ratings impact the audible difference would 
drive nighttime audiences away. Unfortunately, we have to destroy 
this village to save it.

Without putting it into operation we'll never know just how bad the 
situation will be and what we need to do to repair it.
