Dana, PLEASE let us know such things ("need to be powered down every 4 
weeks) !
Especially, please send us the configuration you are using, status page 
etc ...
I know for sure that the devices do work flawlessly for very long times 
(at least a year, monitored 24/7...)
under normal conditions - if they don't do this for you we need to find 
out why. Maybe your IP changes every
4 weeks, maybe the used configuration is not optimal ... but we simply do 
not accept such behaviors of our
devices without understanding 100% what the reason is ... they are 
designed to work without any reboots forever, 
and they do so in many installations - they even guard the lives of your 
troops in Iraq 24/7.
