[BC] Kenwood KRC-HD100MC trouble

Had that happen to me last weekend too.  I pulled all power from  both units
and they came back to life.????????   YMMV......

My ~2yr old Kenwood KTC-HR100MC HD car tuner has suddenly totally died 
in digital mode.  Analog still works.
Anyone else?  Hate to risk money to fix or replace something that may be 
a lox.  How's their track record been out there?
