[BC] Frequency Measurements and 1000 Hz tone...

As long as the tone frequency is stable (and each sideband's frequency
can be measured) one should be able to determine the tone frequency by
subtracting the RF frequency of the lower sideband from that of the
upper sideband, then dividing the difference by 2.
