Josh: @ WANO AM,

I read your forwarded note to the "industry" Bill Boyd did post it on a few
of the lists he frequents.

I have a lead for you...

Ralph Arnold, Athens GA, has some equipment you might could use,

you might wish to call him, and see what he want's for it.

706 255 5618 cell

706 742 5186 residence.

8 miles NE of Athens, GA.

I also suggest that What you need to do is make up a "wish list" for the
equipment, and we all can see if we can locate you some equipment. Get the wish
list back to the above "copy to" window by doing a "reply All" or contact Bill
Boyd _boydsirboyd at aol.com_ (mailto:boydsirboyd at aol.com) and ask him to
send it along.

I do not know how soon you feel you need to get back on the air. But we do
have the NAB coming up April 15th, so if you have ever been a member of the
nab, perhaps they will assist you in posting your "needs" list as well.

you really do need to make a list, as it is not clear to me whether your
studio and transmitter and tower all were damaged, or what all you need to get
back on the air with.

Give us a list, and we can try to track some equipment down.

I do make the following suggestions:

I suggest if you are going to rebuild at the same location, you build a
concrete block building around another concrete building, use the space in between
as an employee lounge and green garden area, storage area etc. use a metal
roof (RF shielding and fire shielding) on the interior building Metal doors and
windows etc.

Feel free to call me when you have time. You will find the entire cadre of
individuals that use this reflector will be willing to assist you in many ways,
we simply need to know what your needs are.

Each of us, probably know 10 other radio involved folks, and this informal
network can be used to your advantage.

As Edward R. Morrow used to say....

Good night and Good luck.
