You get what you pay for, tho! As "tempting" as a $15 portable TV might be... 
they must have seriously cut a *lot* of corners. It may also be "distressed 
inventory" with QC problems, so they're just dumping it. The other factor is 
that it's only going to be useful for another 2 years... they're trying to cut 
their losses.
