This is not meant to be political. However, with the plethora of hate 
crime legislation considered at the Federal level, what about a federal 
law specifically for the purpose of punishing individuals who do this 
sort of thing. Perhaps there is one, but if there is one, I'm not aware 
of it.
How often do we hear of towers being felled by kids or drunk rednecks? 
"Oh, it was a childish prank gone bad". Yeah. Right. How bout if you 
lock these weasels up for about 20 years and see how they feel about 
their "childish prank" then. Or make them listen to a poorly tuned IBUZ 
station, slightly off freq for a couple of days....yeah, that's the ticket.
