FM's who want to add Horizontal, or increase power have 
questions for post Feb 2009.

Will we have to wait for what becomes of 81-87 Mhz before we 
file?

The controlling issues in 73.525 ...would we just say, does 
not apply? (using vertical/installing 1000 traps/3000 
persons in interference area etc)
