That is actually a very good argument in favor of keeping Channel 6 VHF TV
analog for as long as FM radio is analog, because in the event of a power
failure, anyone can pick up the audio on a portable radio tuned to the
bottom of the FM band (87.75 MHz).  I've done it myself to "watch TV on
the radio" during a blackout.
