Rich:

Something is wrong here.  According to the publicity,
IBOC is The Savior . . .

Something tells me the people involved are not caring
about anything at all (on their return from the bank to
make their deposits of Greed And Extortion Money).

What I find interesting is the GROSS difference between
this "rollout" and that of the original GE FM system of
stereo.  And I have already explained the very different
philosophy that GE had to recover their R&D expenses.

Greed is one thing;  greed when it depends on an 
obviously flawed system (for AM, at least) is another.
