[BC] Overcrowding & noise floor on AM

While I stated earlier that there were ways to improve the antenna 
match, I can tell you that at least one 'state of the art' European LW 
TX plant has 2 khz response on the upper sideband and around 1 K on the 
lower. Analog broadcasting works there becasue the radios are so bad to 
begin with.  Digital will take a bit more finesse.
