That's fine for someone who is not only computer literate, but who also has 
the laptop already, and enough $$ to buy this card... or who has the $$ needed 
to buy both, and does so, before a crisis hits.

I have seen battery portable TV's for $40. (Even less at flea markets.) Can't 
say that for such a setup, above.
