[BC] Overcrowding & noise floor on AM

First I know this is all pipe dream stuff. I would love to see a 'white 
space' policy for frequencies of 150 kHz to 530 kHz and 1700 kHz to 3 
MHz  for additional broadcast spectrum (all digital). That being said, 
to a degree bandwidth can be traded for efficiency. I have done some 
experimentation with 'resistive matching' . It can make a pretty bad 
looking antenna look at lot better. Of course this is at the cost of 
efficiency. This is still somewhat about getting what you pay for.\
