[BC] ftp servers

I've used YouSendIt intermittently with good success.

They have free accounts which allow a total of 1GB, and max individual
file size of 100MB - and are held for 7days.
They have various pay-for accounts with higher-longer limits.

Create your account, upload your file, and enter recipients' email
addresses.
They get an email with a link to your file.
The only down-side as I recall it, was multiple files generated an email
per file.

Would this fit the bill?

Cheers,
