[BC] Audio Source Selection

I've never seen one to that extent (sequencing through 5 inputs) but
Broadcast Tools has several boxes where if input 1 goes silent, then it will
fail over to input 2. Titus Labs makes one for AES streams where if input 1
has ANY failure (clock, silence, etc) it will fail to the 2nd input.

Subject: [BC] Audio Source Selection

Given an catastrophic event or natural disaster where the primary STL
feed drops (say the microwave STL goes down), is there a device that
lives at the transmitter end that you can wire to the audio output of a
TieLine or some other source, where the device will shift in order (by
itself) from one source to the next until it finds audio and will
continue to sniff for audio on one of its inputs forever until one of
the inputs has audio restored to it? Will it pick an audio source in a
hierarchy so that if two audio sources are present out of five, it will
pick the next highest audio source as audio feeds are restored to its
inputs?
