Funny you should ask.

I'm attending the Michigan Association of Broadcasters Great
Lakes Broadcast Conference today and tomorrow; and early this
afternoon that Lan International and Clear Channel gave a
presentation on the software...

It runs on your own server.  The cost varies with station size.
There's a one-time setup fee and then (what they say) a nominal
yearly license fee that covers support and updates.  They didn't
give specifics - but were happy to discuss after the panel.

Since I'm "on the beach", I didn't inquire further.
