[BC] notebook suggestions

Avoid the current Think pads. Since they became Chinese they are lucky 
to last a year. Avoid Avoid Avoid.   I speak from the experience of a 
few hundred units.  If you MUST stay with M$, then Dell is the way to 
go. We have 24 hour on site support/repair and it works.
