[BC] ESE update failure

Hey folks,
   Did anyone else get burned by one of the newer ESE GPS master clock units? 
According to ESE my systems were fine and didn't need to be update since they 
are right at a year old but it failed to move forward.  I logged in and updated 
the NTP server to cover it so at least my computers are on time but everything 
else is an hour off.  Surely everything that is schedule to work with the GPS 
worked as it should.  Let me know if it's just me or if others are having the 
same issues.
