electricians use this lube stuff on wire to make pulling it easier--has
anything like this ever been tried on feedline getting pulled through
conduit? Of course you'd have to insure that the lubricant doesn't harm the
feed jacket and you'd need a lot of it.

If it's a non-DA, there will be no 'phasor' as such, just an ATU at the
antenna end.
So 'velocity factor' would not be a problem; even if it was different from
3" to 4", which I'm not sure it would be.
I'd bury it deeper than 3', unless you are in the South, and pulling 3"
Heliax thru 6" conduit over 750 feet will be a cast-iron SOB.
The advice on fiber duct has been educational, and I'd look into it if I
were you.
