Google "Emergency Boot Disk." You'll find an ISO file from which you
can burn a bootable CD. It has all sorts of utilities on it, including
a means of resetting the password for any account on the machine. Even
though it boots to Linux, it will read FAT, FAT32 and NTFS partitions.
This thing has saved my butt more times than I can count.
