The past 2  examples have proven my point in comments I made to the FCC
so far in that  rule making they had on this issue! Me thinks that they
want us Class D  Daytimers to all go dark! Less worry for them and less
for them to keep up  with!




Well Scott you could be correct but with the FCC in their "wacky" mode  
lately they have once again set a precedent by allowing an AM to have an FM  
Translator. STA or not, what is good for one is good for all.
 
Where is the rule book on this one?
