Yes, William, thanks for TZEDIT.  As for XP's, I found that my home machine
had been automatically updated.  The Microsoft support site has a patch that
can be downloaded; I just put it on a USB memory stick and ran it on most of
the machines at work.  I still have one computer to fix -- somebody put an
administrator password on it and now nobody knows what it is, making it
impossible to run TZEDIT or even change the time.  I found a site in Israel
that has a utility to extract the password in hex, you send it to them and
they e-mail back the English translation.  Alas, it didn't work on this
machine, which is running under NT.  So now I'm up against it -- and this is
the on-air computer in the control room, so it has to work.  Fortunately the
server and both production room machines are updated.
