Actually, Tom, tho I beg to differ... it does. :) I've used it on every 98SE machine I have, and it did the trick. Of course, you do have to switch Time Zones then switch back, as Glen Kippel pointed out... but it does work. (I've done it on at least a dozen boxes; 98, 98SE, and XP)
