Are any of you old enough to have been through the "Greenmail" period of 
competing applications at renewal time?  One such application was filed 
against WGMS Washington. Vernon Jordan, a politico of some note, was a 
party in the application.  I don't know how much they expected to get in 
Greenmail money, but I think they ended up getting nothing.

Changing the subject.  Can anyone say whether the FCC's defective PSRA / 
PSSA program was done inhouse or by a contractor?  My guess is that it 
was contracted out.
