		Oh, I didn't mean for one moment that having the files
available 		isn't a FCC issue, I totally agree there.  What
I meant was that
		the FCC doesn't care who in the college administration
is 			ignorant.  They want to see the station in
question 
		in compliance with the rules.  It's up to the management
		of the station to do this.
