[BC] Public File cautionary story

The PF needs to be electronic, via CD, not matter where it is, and just
update the CD as necessary. This way, the wacko can't mess up your
paperfile, and if they want a copy, they can just print it from the pc.
I still say we broadcasters should push for better PF rules.

I agree entirely on act/dress. Sometimes you never know - until you get
to
know them. But do you want "Intelligent Wackos" have the ability to
look at
your public file via the internet? I'd rather make them come to the
station
to look and request copies of anything they want.
Aside from making it easier to make sure the file stays complete (if its
paper, not electronic); you can also be aware of what they might have
concerns with, especially if they ask for copies of any items.
My two cents...your mileage may vary.
