[BC] Public File cautionary story

The KC Field Office has advised me to put ONLY COPIES in the P.F.
NEVER originals
and I'd suggest putting an index on the outside of each folder, in Magic
Marker, and number the pages inside accordingly
after anyone looks thru it, immediately inspect for missing pages and
replace as necessary
pain in the ass ? definitely
worth the effort ? you bet

What I'm trying to point out is that we need to PUSH the FCC to rewrite
the PF file rules. There are too many wackos out there that will pull
anything, and who gets blamed, the licensee!

proof glass in the room and no access to the rest of the station.
That's a great idea if you are HOT97, but small broadcasters couldn't
afford
something like that.
