[BC] The END of Internet Radio?

I don't quite get that one. While they do not pay fees for the over the 
air, the prevailing Internet fees for streaming still apply and they 
still have to pay the power bill  for that run down TX. Better moving 
the operation to Canada or maybe the Camen Islands (better weather) :-)
