If you read it authorization carefully, it says you have 30 days to
comply with the new authorization or PSRA/PSSA operation must be
terminated. They don't have the staff to jump up and check everybody
Tom. Where have you been, the government is in trouble, cutting back on
jobs, money, etc. They don't have the man/woman power to be out checking
everybody.

Many stations have power changes programmed into the remote control.
By contract engineers, who probably can't get there before this weekend.
Many stations use low power transmitters that either cannot be adjusted
to the new lower powers, or required the same contract engineer to play
with the transmitter.
Plenty of opportunities for fines come next week.
