[BC] PSRA/PSSA nightmare - recalled!

As we have begun to see from several reliable sources, now, these recent changes are being recalled. This is good news! As long as we can get back what we had, that will be a relief!

It will be interesting, however, to see what (if anything) we get for the 6-7am block that will assault us next week. Because of the strong signal from WTWP, anything less than ~200 watts will be virtually useless for us. In any case, I may test the signal by using pre-recorded shows (rather than doing them live) to see if it's worth bothering.
