[BC] New Tower for WSKY-TV, Norfolk area, fell

I did a Google search and there's not a lot more detail. I don't think 
there were injuries. May have happened at night.  Note that's the base 
of the tower in the picture I linked.

The station is a channel 4 rimshot for Norfolk, licensed to Manteo, NC. 
The NTSC license and digital CP are both for channel 4.  TV Query / CDBS 
says "silent" as of late November.  The NTSC site is near Nags Head, NC. 
The DTV site (fallen tower) is right on the NC/VA border directly south 
of Norfolk.
