[BC] join us on AM ?

I was picking through the archives the past couple
months and may have missed any message to this group
about changes in ham radio license testing.

There is NO Morse Code testing requirement at all
anymore !

I want to take the time to invite broadcast engineers
and others on this list to join us on AM where
hobbyists like myself have rescued retired broadcast
transmitters and are giving them a new life on the ham
bands.


I get letters and emails every so often from the
professional BC engineering community with word
they're tossing out a Gates or somesuch, but sometimes
I also get a suggestion of "I'd keep it myself and put
it on the ham bands , but the **morse code test** has
kept me out.

Now's your chance.
