[BC] Frontline Wireless emergency network

One that makes money for its shareholders and does not pretend to offer 
public service. I do not have problems with private enterprise. I just 
want the equation to be clear, they are out for themselves and not 
offering a charitable give back. I find it dishonest that someone comes 
up with a convoluted scheme to steal public frequencies and pretend to 
give them back for free, give me a break.
