[BC] WLW Audio Amplifier_Limiter

I know that there are some real 'professional' wizards on the line here.
Those who belong to IEEE, etc.  I am wondering if one of you fine gentlemen
might go to the IEEE website and download the article by James Rockwell and
the WLW Audio Amplifier/Limiter.  This would have been the late 40's early
50's and it shows some of their own in house work.

It would be much appreciated and maybe it could be added to some of our
historical websites by permission.
