This doesn't make a lot of sense to me. The assumption seems to be 
that the gay community is monolithic. What kind of music do all gay 
people like? The only true common thread is they share affection with 
the same sex. Otherwise, their lives appear to be as varied as any 
other community.

How would we respond if someone said "we're going to start a straight 
radio station?" That would assume all straight people liked the same things.

Let's take the 10% assumption, fractionalize it in thousands of ways, 
then put it on an HD-2 channel. We've got a winner here.
