[BC] Station Rules compliance (AOL Webmail)

Wait a minute guys...this tossing around of "offending" call letters on the
list is not cool.
If you think you have a problem caused by another station:
1. Call them and give them a chance to investigate the matter. Most anyone
with a problem will fix it rather than risk regulatory intervention.
2. Don't expect protection unless you are entitled to it. Class D's with
nighttime authorization are not protected. If you are a B, run NRSS and see
what your NIF is. Some are quite high and quite noisy. That's life.
3. Complain to the Commission as a last resort because what goes around
comes around.

This sounds like something that can be settled in a few hours work
in the field with a FIM. Either WPAD complies at their MP's or
they don't. The license, including MP's, and descriptions are
required in their public file. Get someone with a FIM to run their
MP's on the east side of the pattern for you. WPAD's day pattern
should be an easy one to keep in line. It is only 2 wide spaced
towers with low phase shift (24 deg) and wide ratio (70%). Anyone
who can't keep that in line has big problems. If their phase is
off significantly the minor lobe on the east side of their pattern
could grow and cause you trouble. If I were you I'd get it checked.
Either their points are in or they aren't. It's not rocket science.
