Radio Disney and ESPN Radio are not part of the deal ... only the 
original O&Os (KGO, for example), and similar, alternatives (KSFO, for 
example) ar part of the deal.

So, in L.A., 790 goes, while 710 and 1110 remain.

Note that the assets being sold are held as ...

RADIO LICENSE HOLDING VI, LLC

... etcetera, whereas the assets being retained are held as ...

ABC RADIO LOS ANGELES ASSETS, LLC

... etcetera.
