[BC] Citadel, ABC, and Disney

While Disney owns all the stations, the stations are grouped in select clusters....ABC Owned, ESPN, and Disney Radio.

Only the ABC Owned stations are being sold.  The ESPN and Disney Radio stations are not part of the deal as most of them were bought later and are not subject to as severe capital gains taxes as the core ABC owned stations would be.  Hence the deal as it stands.

It's a complicated deal which requires concurrence by the IRS, Justice, and FCC among others.
