The original LMA gave Disney the right to buy WQEW at, I believe, $85 
million. I doubt Citadel can void it. With the ABC/Citadel agreement 
in dispute I don't think this would be a good time to introduce this. 
Their lawyers are dealing with much bigger fish. Letting ABC alter 
the LMA by allowing interference could prompt Disney to want to 
reopen their agreement citing a reduction in value due to increased 
interference. I'm not sure if Citadel would see the addition of WQEW 
as a good or bad thing. After all, it is a 50Kw signal in market #1. 
Not the best, but not as bad as some of the new 50's being authorized 
elsewhere.

I used to work for ABC, too, and remember the 11 floors of attorneys 
at headquarters.
