The buyer in reality is Citadel. They own 2 FM stations in this market,
including one the is licensed to Gallatin (WGFX),but acts as a Nashville
station.

You are in fact almost correct. The buyer is Radio Disney. Remember the
ABC stations were recently sold. The application is dated Jan 29th 2007
and is not yet granted. I still don't see Radio Disney signing off on
interference for nothing is return. It compromises their pattern in all
directions and sets a precedent. Slowly as other stations take advantage
of that precedent, the RSS just creeps up and up and up.
