[BC] New PSRA/PSSA nightmare!!

Great idea Scott! Some people will disagree with me, BUT I feel and some
of the commissioners would say the same....ALL CLASS D'S SHOULD SIGN ON
AT 6 AM LOCAL TIME AND RUN 500 WATTS TO LOCAL SUNRISE!

This current PSRA deal is out of date with the times and we must now put
some pressure on Congress to get something done.

If you've got a decent relationship with your Congressperson, maybe this

is all the excuse you need to get an emergency STA for that full-time FM

translator signal. You're the only local service to your community of 
license, this keeps you from disseminating important emergency 
information...just follow the recent Nevada and South Carolina 
precedents and take it from there :-)
