Willie

I can easily understand your shock and that you would be upset. I
looked up WFIF myself and was somewhat shocked. Then I looked up a few
more stations and saw similar power reductions. It would appear that
the FCC is doing a version of ratcheting which it has been inflicting on
other stations, especially class A-s for some time.

But then you can't have your cake and eat it too. You recently
complained about other stations that ran higher power at night and the
interference they caused. It would appear that the FCC saw your 500 and
290 watts as interference as well especially since it is on a class A
channel. Now that being said, I wonder how they will deal with a class A
that intentionally radiates 500 watt digital sidebands into other class
A channels. If you get a lawyer, I would wait for 24 hour IBOC and use
that as the precedent.

>This is *Horrible*!! Not only do we get diddly squat for those three weeks of March, we are also losing our previous 290 watts for 15 minutes in April! Now, they're only letting us have a measly 10 watts?! <:O **Useless**!!!
