[BC] New PSRA/PSSA nightmare!!

Oh, no! No! NO!!! <:O

This is *Horrible*!! Not only do we get diddly squat for those three weeks of March, we are also losing our previous 290 watts for 15 minutes in April! Now, they're only letting us have a measly 10 watts?! <:O **Useless**!!!

But wait... it gets *Worse*! We also are losing our PSSA of 500 watts... and we only get a putrid 3 watts! Utterly worthless!!

I am *not at all* a happy camper! I hope the boss calls our FCC Attorney... this is horriffic!
