[BC] DST and EAS

We just ordered 3 sets from TFT with the total being $463.50 (including
UPS overnight @ $73.50 - the rate for 1 to 10 sets!)

At that rate I could buy a new PROM burner (my current unit won't do
that size) and dup the pair.
