[BC] Handling power outages in storms

Being these FMs are owned by corporate outfits, it makes me wonder if
they do have generators at the sites, or was it the snow was so bad the
generator just ran out of fuel, and no way to get up to the site.

KHKE, one of the public radio stations there, lost its tower to heavy 
icing and winds. The IPTV station in Iowa City was on reduced power from

a generator as well. A newspaper article I found this morning said the 
two big Waterloo FMs (105.7 and 107.9) were off. I don't know about the 
status of any of the others. Nasty stuff. I won't complain about the 
four more inches of snow we got here in Rochester last night, that's for

sure...
