[BC] Syncronized transmitters

Does anyone know of a reasonably priced mechanism to synchronize carrier
and pilot and manage audio delay other than the syncrocast system?

The old TFT reciter system used the stereo pilot to sync the transmitters.

As an additional aside, the Intraplex Syncrocast system has a mechanism
to sync the pilots to avoid this beating.
