Ah yes ... but there are people who do things like a neighbor we once 
had. He had a dog, and he didn't want it messing in his yard ... so 
every evening he would let it out in the back alley to run and 
relieve itself where it wanted ... usually right by our back gate. 
... It's hard to maintain balance in relationships etc.
