   KRL Bantry Corp. makes a couple of different wirewound resistors with the specs you need. Go to their website at www.krlbantry.com and click on Products
and then Wirewound Resistors. You should find what you need there. They also
have a page for their distributors you can contact. But I have no idea of minimum
quantities or $$$ needed for an order. Good luck.
