[BC] Low Audio Levels - Doug Rye Home Remedies - Raising audio levels

I am experiencing low audio levels on one of my programs.  The Doug Rye Home
Remedies show.  Has anyone experience anything with this show?  I have
talked with and sent requests to the program originator and they have went
unanswered.  The audio level is so low it is unlistenable.  it's running at
about -15 or -20 db for the callers of the program and his level is another
6-8 db lower than that.

Also, is there a way to increase the output level from a starguide channel,
only for a particular program?  I use this satellite and it's output for
other programs and this is the only one I have problems with so I don't want
to amplify the whole chain, just the one program...
